Processing times may vary depending on order volume, product availability, seasonal demand, restocking, public holidays, and other factors that may be outside our control. We always aim to dispatch orders as promptly as possible, and if a significant delay is expected, we will do our best to keep you informed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and the offers available at the time of your order. From time to time, we may run promotions or offers that include reduced or complimentary shipping. Any such offers will be clearly displayed on our website and applied automatically when applicable.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. For deliveries within Europe, the typical estimated delivery time is approximately 6–12 business days after dispatch, though actual delivery may be faster or slower depending on your location and the carrier.

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, the delivery is in their hands and subject to their schedules and processes. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information (where available) so you can follow your delivery.

Updating Shipping Information

If you need to update or correct your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible at support@skandigum.com. We will do our best to assist with changes, but once an order has been processed or shipped, modifications may no longer be possible.

Unclaimed or Incorrectly Addressed Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, or because it was not collected from the carrier or pickup point in time, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the package.

We recommend double-checking your shipping details at checkout and keeping an eye on your tracking notifications to avoid any issues with delivery.
