Returns & 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We have great confidence in our products and therefore offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your product, you may request a return within 30 days from the date you received your order.

To start a return, contact us at support@skandigum.com. Returns must be approved by us before the product is sent back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return under our 30-day money-back guarantee, the product must be unopened and in the same condition as when you received it, in its original packaging.

Opened products are not covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee, unless the product is proven to be defective, damaged, or otherwise faulty. In such cases, please refer to the section below.

A receipt or other proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Damaged, Defective, and Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the product is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@skandigum.com so we can resolve the issue. In these cases, opened products may also be eligible for a refund or replacement once the defect has been verified.

Right of Withdrawal within the EU

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing any reason, in accordance with EU distance selling regulations.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved.

If the refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method within approximately 10 business days. Please note that banks and card issuers may require additional time to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at support@skandigum.com.

Exchanges

We replace products that are defective or damaged. The fastest way to receive a new product is to return your item and then place a new order once the return has been approved.

Gifts

If the product was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift card corresponding to the value of the returned item once the return has been received.

If the product was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
